According to Jon Gruden, Antonio Brown Will Play Monday Night for the Oakland Raiders

Oakland Raiders Head Coach Jon Gruden met with the media for a short statement during practice on Friday & said that star wide receiver Antonio Brown will play Monday night vs. the Denver Broncos.

This after ESPN’s Josina Anderson reported that AB had called GM Mike Mayock a “cracker” after walking up to Mayock during Thursday’s practice.

“A Raiders source confirmed Brown was unhappy with the fine levied by the team and, seeing Mayock watching practice, walked over and initiated an exchange with the GM. The Raiders source confirmed information from another league source who said Brown called Mayock a “cracker” and unleashed a barrage of “cuss words” during the altercation.

The team source said Mayock tried to keep his cool and defuse the situation.

“[Mayock] was like, ‘I’m cool, I understand your displeasure,'” the source said. “[Mayock] sort of just like … just walked away because he saw it escalate.””

Well the lesson here is, that the Raiders will be the Raiders & this Antonio Brown fella will continue to have some emotional outbursts that surely keep the Raiders in the headlines.
