We have another great Saturday ahead of us folks & with a must watch matchup in each window, I hope you got apple picking out of the way & can hold off the pumpkins for another week.
In the Noon window, #6 Oklahoma & #11 Texas meet at the Texas State Fair at the Cotton Bowl. With points to be had, this is the most important game in the Big 12 this season. An undefeated OU can carve their path to the College Football Playoff. While a 1-loss Texas team jumps OU on head to head & also boosts one of the best losses in the country on their resume.
In the afternoon window, #24 Texas A&M hosts the #1 team in the nation, the Alabama Crimson Tide. I will be in the building, ok.
Any chance to watch Tua Tagovailoa & the Tide offense must be taken. This offense is rolling & against a Texas A&M team already with two losses on the season, it’s going to be a tough ask to avoid a third.
Finally we have a Top 10 SEC showdown in the primetime window. Unbeaten #7 Florida travels to Baton Rouge to take on the undefeated #5 LSU Tigers. Florida passed their first test last week with a home victory over Auburn but going to Death Valley on a Saturday night is a different animal all together (they literally have a tiger so there’s that.)
