Washington Nationals Advance to 1st World Series

The Washington Nationals swept the St. Louis Cardinals on Tuesday night to advance to their first World Series.

The Nats will have to wait around for the winner of the ALCS between the Houston Astros & New York Yankees. Game 1 of the World Series is scheduled for Tuesday October 22nd so the Nats will have plenty of time to get their pitching lined up but have to hope their bats can stay hot over the layoff.
