EPL Top 4 Race is Heating Up

The EPL has already crowned a champion but the Top 4 race is still on. In Liverpool’s wake, Manchester City sit second & would normally be an automatic qualifier for next year’s Champions League, however City have to deal with a two year UEFA ban that would keep them out of the competition. City are appealing the ban & will have their answer later this month.

So dependent on City’s appeal, it’s either 4 teams for 2 spots or 4 teams for 3 spots.

Leicester City have been poor since the restart but a 3-0 win against Crystal Palace might have put them back on track.

Chelsea had been buzzing until the Blues lost a London Derby to West Ham.

Manchester United have been rolling since the Prem restarted, winning 3 in a row after drawing against Tottenham in their first match back.

Wolves had won 3 in a row until they were held scoreless against a surging Arsenal.

Chelsea play Wolves & United face off against Leicester City on the last Matchday of the season so it all could come down to those matches but the 4 in between now & then will certainly provide some drama & excitement.
