Clemson Survives UNC, Alabama & Ohio State Both Score Convincing Wins

The #1 team in the land was tested on the road Saturday while two of its playoff rivals cruised to victories. Clemson took the 21-14 lead against UNC with this TD connection from Trevor Lawrence to Tee Higgins.




UNC came back & scored a touchdown on this play to get within 1.

Mack Brown decided to go for the upset & kept his offense on the field for the 2-point conversion.



Clemson held on for the 21-20 win & kept their unbeaten streak alive.

#2 Alabama was tested early but then Tua Tagovailoa & Devonta Smith proved to be the difference. Tua & Smith hooked up for a total of 274 yards & 5 touchdowns. Bama smashed Ole Miss 59-31.



In the primetime slot, #5 Ohio State traveled to Lincoln to take on Nebraska. This game was not close the second it kicked off. The Buckeyes destroyed the Huskers 48-7.
