We’re staring up from a hole right now. It’s not good but let’s face adversity head on & win some games!!!
Now to the picks…
This week’s Pick 6 features 2 favorites, an underdog & 3 totals.
YTD Record: 19-28-1
Pick #1
SF-ARI OVER 42.5
Can Mr. Thursday Night strike to get the week started off? I hope so man, this is gettin ugly. But nevertheless, I like the OVER here between NFC West rivals that features two intricate offenses that are sure to put up some points. The 49ers alone could hit the total if they are successful in their game plan & I expect Arizona to chip in with some touchdowns after only 3 field goals last week.
Pick #2
IND -1 @ PIT
I see a good team on the road favorited by 1 & I jump at it. Pittsburgh is on the short week & people are still not giving Jacoby Brissett & the Colts credit for what they’ve been able to do in the absence of the retired Andrew Luck. Pittsburgh got a win over Miami in a game where they trailed 14-0 until they woke up. I like the Colts to pick up the roadie here.
Pick #3
KC +3 vs. MIN
I’m all in on chasing the Vikings around the country. I didn’t have the stones to take the Redskins on the road but I do have them to take the Chiefs getting points at home again. Andy Reid did everything right last week against the Packers except manage the clock and they surely cannot lose 4 in a row at home can they??? (PLEASE DON’T LOSE OR AT LEAST JUST COVER!!!!)
Pick #4
WSH-BUF UNDER 37
There will not be scoring in this game. The Redskins will not be able to move the ball against the Bills defense & the Buffalo offense always seems to sputter no matter who the opponent is. It’s low for a reason, take the UNDER 37.
Pick #5
DET-OAK OVER 50.5
I really like this total in this matchup because of the combination of offenses that put up points & defenses that get scored on. I think Matt Stafford & Derek Carr will throw the ball around the yard & put up a multitude of touchdowns to get us this OVER.
Pick #6
NE-3.5 @ BAL
This is another pick I might be chasing but I basically bet on the Patriots & against the Ravens weekly so why not put it down here & make it official. I understand this is a road game & the Ravens are off the bye but these are the New England Patriots against a quarterback with a known weakness. I expect Belichick will be able to expose Lamar Jackson to coverages & blitz packages he hasn’t seen before.
Check out the rest of the Picks!
Good luck!
