College Football Plays of the Week: Week 12 Hurts’ Fumble, Utah’s Scoop & Score & Refs in the Way

The College Football Play is something special to the sport itself. A Pick 6 that’s deflected, a punt returner that runs through 6 tackles, a fumble that’s picked up & fumbled again. These are the plays I mean when talking about College Football Plays.

Let’s get started with Jalen Hurts who maybe can laugh about this play now that his Oklahoma Sooners’ completed the comeback vs. Baylor. Hurts was going in to get the Sooners’ back to a one score game but fumbled at the goal line to give up possesion.

Next we have an absolutely scripted scoop & score for the Utah Utes. UCLA QB Dorian Thompson-Robinson back tracked 13 yards before fumbling & gifting Utah a touchdown.

Finally we have two plays featuring the officials. First LSU QB Joe Burrow ran over the ump in the Tigers’ win over Ole Miss & second we have the ump directly in the line of fire of USC QB Kedon Slovis pass over the middle in a play in the Trojans win over Cal.

And those are your Week 12 College Football Plays of the Week!!
