Liverpool Sneak Past Wolves at Anfield

League leaders Liverpool were home at Anfield hosting Wolves. LFC was looking to extend their home unbeaten streak & their lead on top of the EPL Table.

Orignally ruled a handball on Adam Lallana’s knockdown, Sadio Mane’s tally was ruled a goal correctly by VAR.

On the stroke of halftime, Wolves thought they had scored the equalizer but VAR ruled the play should have been blown offside before the goal was scored.

Liverpool held off Wolves in the 2nd half & sought out the result for the 3 points. LFC now go 13 points clear of 2nd place Leicester City & still have a game at hand.
