Eagles Clinch NFC East, Titans Are the AFC #6 Seed

The Philadelphia Eagles were in control of their playoff destiny with a win & in situation on the road against the New York Giants. The Eagles pulled away from the G-men late in the 2nd half to secure the NFC East title.

The last playoff berth in the AFC was clinched by the Tennessee Titans with their big win over the Texans in Houston.

The seeding in the NFC is still up for grabs dependent on the result from the San Francisco-Seattle matchup on Sunday Night Football.
