Watching Back Tiger Woods’ 2019 Masters Victory Made Me Cry Again

Tiger Woods is one of the reasons I picked up a golf club. I was 6 years old in 1997 when a kid in red walked amongst the green canvas at Augusta National Golf Club. I was entranced by the guy simply called “Tiger”.

From then on I became obsessed with Tiger and watching him win tournament after tournament, major championship after major championship.

Last year’s Masters’ victory confirmed what fans like myself already believed, he can win again & he will win again. But if you didn’t have the same feelings as I did about Tiger I still hope you could have felt something last April.

When he came off the 18th green & hugged his family, I hope you felt something.

When CBS ran back the clip of Tiger hugging his father in 1997, I hope you felt something.

When Jim Nantz & Tiger recounted last April on Sunday’s rebroadcast, I hope you felt something.

Here’s the clips from Sunday’s rebroadcast. Awesome insight from the man himself about shots he played and of course the emotion after sinking the final putt.
