Tiger Woods & Peyton Manning Beat Phil Mickelson & Tom Brady in The Match II

Sunday’s The Match was so much fun & much better than last year’s Black Friday 1 vs. 1 showdown. Between the golf, the telecast & the weather The Match II will be remembered for a long time.

Tiger Woods & Peyton Manning beat Phil Mickelson & Tom Brady 1 up on the 18th hole at Medalist Golf Club outside of Jupiter, Florida in a rain soaked afternoon of golf.

Onto the golf, TW & Manning won the 3rd hole & followed it up with another win on 4. Brady struggled early but Peyton Manning showed off his baby draw & rolled in this birdie putt to go 2 up.

Tom Brady was getting roasted online but had the shot of the day with Charles Barkley woofing at him in his ear. Brady holed out & told Chuck to “take a suck of that.” What a moment.

Woods & Manning were 3 up after the front 9 but Phil & TB12’s comeback was on for the back 9 during the modified alternate shot format. Phil unleashed a patented bomb on the drivable 11th & Brady knocked in the eagle putt.

Both QB’s had big putts on 14, Brady missed his putt to win the hole but Manning’s 2 footer for the halve lipped out. TW & Peyton’s lead was just 1 up going into the last 4 holes.

Phil made a big birdie putt to halve the 16th & to stay 1 down.

On 18, Tiger had to lag this putt to gimmie range to clinch the victory & the best putter in the history of putting did just that.
