Transfers in soccer are coming thick & fast this window. We’ve already heard Leroy Sane to Bayern Munich rumors dating back to last summer’s window & we know Hakimi was on the minds of plenty of managers as his loan deal with Dortmund wound down but it was Juventus & Barca grabbing headlines with a monumental swap of midfielders.
Juventus & Barcelona have agreed to swap midfielders Pjanic & Arthur for each other for next season.

👋 Welcome!

As for Barca, Arthur never lived up to the high expectations of replacing Xavi or Iniesta. So to bring in a proven player like Pjanic who is getting crushed for his age despite only being 30 is solid move for the Catalonians. Still the naysayers will point to the aging Barca legends & the mishits in the previous transfer windows.
From a midfield switch we move on to one of the best right backs in the world.
Achraf Hakimi has been a name on the tip of a ton of mangers’ tongues. The Real Madrid loanee to Dortmund has been blazing up the right flank in the Bundesliga for two seasons now. Hakimi was thought to be the replacement for Cajavajal at Real Madrid but the Spainard isn’t done just yet. So it was Inter Milan & Antonio Conte who struck while the iron was the hottest.
Achraf Hakimi is officially a new Inter player. Contract signed until June 2025. Real Madrid will receive €40M + €5M add ons. 🤝 #Inter #RealMadrid #transfers

Next we finally have the move that everyone saw coming. Once Leroy Sane rejected an extension from Manchester City, the German had his eyes on a return to the Deutschland to play for Bayern Munich.
