EPL Championship Sunday Recap

The EPL 2019-2020 season has come to an end with Championship Sunday over the weekend. Liverpool were the earliest team to ever clinch the Premier League but there were still storylines on the final matchday including Top 4 & a Relegation battle to sort out.

Manchester United knocked off Leicester City in a matchup between two teams vying to play Champions League football next season & in the other match, Chelsea beat Wolves to secure the 4th spot in the table.

As for Relegation, Aston Villa drew West Ham 1-1 to stay up in England’s first division. AFC Bournemouth & Watford will join Norwich City in next year’s Championship division.

The season has ended but we won’t have to wait long for the EPL to return. The Premier League starts the 2020-2021 season September 12th.
