Lincoln Riley Says Oklahoma Will Not Do Horns Down Against Texas

One of the biggest rivalries in college football kickoffs off this Saturday at the Cotton Bowl, with #6 Oklahoma & #11 Texas facing off in a huge game in the Big 12.

Everyone’s favorite storyline when these two meet up yearly is….will Oklahoma do the Horns Down celebration? Lincoln Riley answered that question on Monday.
