Liverpool Comeback to Win Against West Ham

Premier League leaders Liverpool were home at Anfield against West Ham on Monday Night Football in England. Liverpool went ahead but needed to 2 goals to level & then win the match in the 2nd half.

LFC’s Gini Wijnaldum opened the scoring with a header from another great Trent Alexander Arnold cross.

The visitors equalized off a set piece & the 1st half ended level at 1.

West Ham then took the 2-1 lead to shock the Reds & the Anfield crowd.

However Andy Robertson made a great run down the left flank & cut a ball back to Mo Salah whose effort on goal was let in by the West Ham keeper Lukasz Fabianski.

Sadio Mane knocked home the winner after a net mouth scramble sent a ball to the back post to the open LFC winger.

LFC have now gone 22 points clear of 2nd place Manchester City & can win the league with 4 more victories.
