January Transfer Window Recap

The January Transfer Window has wrapped up so let’s recap & review some of the midseason signings.

Manchester United was in desperate need for reinforcements. A deal that was rumored for days was finally completed with midfielder Bruno Fernandes making his way to Old Trafford from Sporting CP. A second move was completed in the last moments of the window with striker Odion Ighalo coming in on loan from China.






Tottenham sent left back Danny Rose to Newcastle & brought in Dutch Steve Bergwijn from PSV for some wing cover.




Arsenal brought in Cedric Soares to supplement their fullback depth.




Inter Milan made the moves that were rumored all window long signing Ashely Young & Christian Eriksen from the Premier League.



Dortmund’s window had already been a success with Haaland’s goal scoring immediately making an impact for BVB but now the Germans added Emre Can to enhance their midfield.



In Spain, Atletico Madrid welcomed back Yannick Carrasco from China to bolster their La Liga & Champions League runs.
